  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with notice where practicable.

4. Content & Intellectual Property

All content is for educational purposes and owned by us or our licensors. Personal, non-transferable license only—no copying/redistribution without permission.

5. User-Generated Content

By posting UGC you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and share it to operate and promote the service.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Courses/events may run on platforms like LinkedIn. Their terms and privacy policies apply.

8. Disclaimers

Content is educational, not professional advice. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to a claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend/terminate for violations. You can stop using the service anytime and request deletion of your data.

Course Terms & Refund Policy

  1. Delivery: Courses may be delivered on third-party platforms (e.g., LinkedIn). Joining instructions are emailed after registration.
  2. Schedule & Changes: We may reschedule with reasonable notice or provide alternatives.
  3. Participation: You need required accounts, hardware, and internet.
  4. Refunds: Self-paced/downloadables: non-refundable once accessed. Cohort/live: 14-day refund from purchase or until second live session starts (whichever comes first).

Email & Communications Policy

  • Transactional emails (receipts, notices) are part of our contract with you.
  • Marketing emails only with your consent; unsubscribe anytime.
  • Preference Center lets you choose frequency/topics.

Security Overview

  • TLS 1.2+ in transit; encryption at rest for PII.
  • Hashed passwords (Argon2/bcrypt); MFA for admins.
  • RBAC, least privilege, quarterly access reviews.
  • Regular dependency patching and security monitoring.
